How to listen to your audiobooks

We use the Glassboxx service from Firsty Group for delivery of our audiobooks.

Glassboxx is available on iOS and Android phones and tablets, and Windows and macOS computers. Just click the relevant link below to install the app on your device or computer, and then log in with the email address used for your purchase.

The audiobooks you’ve just bought will be displayed within the MY BOOKS screen. From there you can access the built-in player to listen to your books.

Once you have the app, there’s no need to download it again – whenever you buy more ebooks or audiobooks, just head straight there and your new purchase(s) will already be there. If you have any questions about using the app, please visit Glassboxx help or contact Glassboxx on help@glassboxx.com

How to download your audiobook

Our audiobooks are playable via the Glassboxx app:

  • go to the iOS App Store or Google Play Store to download the Glassboxx app on to your desktop, smartphone and/or tablet,
  • enter your email address (no password is required) and tap LOGIN. (You will then be sent a verification code to your email address.)
  • enter the verification code sent to your email and tap VERIFY ME

Your audiobooks will be displayed on the MY BOOKS screen.

If you already have the Glassboxx app, just open it on your smartphone and/or tablet, and your newly purchased audiobook will be displayed, together with any previous purchases you’ve made, on the MY BOOKS screen. Just tap on the cover image to start listening to your new book.

Why is my audiobook missing from the app?

Please double check that you are using the exact same email address to login to this website and to the Glassboxx app.

Can I get a refund for an audio file?

We are sorry, but we cannot exchange or refund audiobooks bought from our website.

Can I listen to my audiobook on another platform?

All audiobooks purchased from our website from October 2025 onwards are only available to read with the Glassboxx app.

It may be possible to purchase our audiobooks from other platforms, but please note most audiobook platforms are self-contained and do not share purchases with each other.

How do I download audiobooks purchased under the old system?

To find audiobooks purchased before October 2025, please visit my-account and login with your username and password. Your older purchases can be found under the Downloads tab.
